Cascade Bodyworks
In the past 15 years my practice has centered on bodywork that is specifically tailored to individual needs, and incorporates the techniques of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, Swedish and Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian) massage, reflexology and CranioSacral therapy. I listen to the person with whom I am working, and honor their intentions for healing. In this way, the work that is brought to each session is fresh and organic.

I believe that, if we find peace in ourselves first, the world around us follows. I am dedicated to this work.
