The Knightsbridge Institute has been training professionals in hypnotherapy and NLP since 1999. It offers free 1-day lectures open to all, Professional Certification Training, and Master Classes for practicing hypnotherapists. One Professional course is held yearly, spread over seven months, from September through March. Master Classes and the one day lectures are held throughout the year.

The comprehensive Professional Training provides 175 hours of tuition over 27 days. The course teaches a combination of Ericksonian hypnotherapy and Neuro-linguistic Programming. The intensive hands-on training and advanced hypnosis and NLP techniques give you a solid foundation to launch your own practice in hypnotherapy and NLP.

Our former graduates include MD’s, Naturopathic physicians, Psychologists, Chiropractors, Counselors and other therapists, as well as caring people from all walks of life.

On passing examinations and receiving certification as a “CHt”, students are entitled to membership of the National Guild of Hypnotists, the Oregon Hypnotherapy Association, and the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychology.

Geoffrey Knight is the director of the Knightsbridge Institute. Trained in London and the U.S., he has a busy hypnotherapy practice in SW Portland. The NLP program is taught by Beverly Martin and specialist subjects are taught by a number of guest professionals.
