Touch Them All by Marie Levering
"The child is there still and aches for your touch. Step past your revulsion, your uncertainty, your fear. Find courage to lay on your hands and you will feel the pulse of the Universe, slower now but much more powerful."
Have you ever touched a brand new baby? A little baby so soft and warm. So full of life, so full of hope, so full of Universal Life Force. Lay your hands on them and feel the power of the Universe. The child awaits your touch.
Have you ever touched a middle-aged person? A little worn by life here on Planet Earth. Some wrinkles, some fears, some doubts. Still they are soft and warm. Full of life, full of hope, full of Life Force energy. Can you see it still? Maybe not. You can touch it. Lay your hands on them, feel the pulse of the Universe. The child lives there still and awaits your touch.
Have you ever touched an old person? Eighty, Ninety, One Hundred or so. A body worn by life here on planet Earth. Skin wrinkled and cellophane thin. Every bump makes a bruise. Still full of life, full of hope, full of Life Force energy. Can you see it? Most likely not. You can feel it. The child is there still and aches for your touch. Step past your revulsion, your uncertainty, your fear. Find courage to lay on your hands and you will feel the pulse of the Universe, slower now but much more powerful.
Have you ever touched a dying person? A body worn out by life here on planet Earth. A Spirit preparing to leave this Earth. Skin dry and itchy and a color you are not accustomed to. The Life Force energy is still there. Can you see it? Probably not. You can feel it. The child is there still and begs for your touch. Step into love. Feel the embrace of Spirit. It will lead you past every fear, every doubt. Lay on your hands and feel the pulse of the Universe. Let it fill you to the brim and overflowing. Dance with it, and let it cleanse you. Love the spirit as it crosses over, love the body as it stays behind.
