Healing is the process of recovering the true self, so that we can begin to live authentically and flourish, instead of just cope and survive.
Together we identify, explore and disassemble the beliefs, perceptions and habitual patterns that keep you stuck, limited and in pain. As you move into deeper self-love, awareness, empowerment, ease and integrity--internally and in your relationships with others--your capacity to make effective, self-honoring choices increases, allowing you to create a more authentic, fulfilling, joyful life.
I also specialize in helping women who have been unable to conceive or carry a pregnancy to term, do so, using light hypnosis.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Coach and Certified HypnoBirthing® Fertility Therapist. I have been licensed since 1991, in the healing professions for over twenty-five years, and bring a deep spiritual orientation to my work.
