The Sanctuary A Center for Yoga, Dharma & Healing Arts
The Sanctuary offers Anusara yoga classes 7 days a week, ranging from early morning, mid-morning and evenings; beginning, intermediate and advanced, as well as restorative yoga, gentle yoga and kids yoga. The first principle of yoga is Opening to Grace, through which yoga poses grow from heartfulness, balanced action and strong alignment, unfolding into a precise, playful and sacred celebration of yoga.
The Sanctuary, a place of refuge, reflection and renewal for the community, invites a continued recognition and celebration of this very sacredness through offerings such as Dharma Dialogues, evenings of meditation, chanting, poetry and ecstatic dance. In addition, we welcome you to nourish your whole self through massage and acupuncture.

Sarahjoy Marsh, Director, has been devoted to yoga and meditation for 11 years. A dedicated student of Anusara Yoga, she teaches with joy and sincerity. Private therapeutic instruction for injuries, illness, or rehabilitation available by request.
